Payment Methods
Payment Methods
DMCG Retail accepts payment by credit card and debit card through a fully secured checkout page. All transactions on dmcgretail.com are processed by DMCG E-COMMERCE RETAIL CORPORATION, SEC Reg. No. 202501018247116, registered at 2/F BPHCI Building, Parañaque City, Metro Manila 1700, Philippines.
Accepted Cards
We currently accept the following card networks:
- Visa — credit and debit cards
- Mastercard — credit and debit cards
Cards issued by any Philippine or international bank under these networks are welcome, provided the card is enabled for online transactions.
Secure 3-D Secure Payment Page
Every order is completed on a 3-D Secure (3DS) payment page. This is an additional authentication layer required by your card-issuing bank before the charge is finalised. You may be asked to enter a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number or to approve the transaction through your bank's mobile application. This step protects you against unauthorised use of your card.
We do not store, retain, or have access to your card number, CVV, or any other sensitive card data at any point during or after your purchase. Your card details are handled exclusively by the payment processor on their secure, encrypted servers.
Currency and Pricing
All prices on this website are displayed and charged in Philippine Pesos (PHP). VAT at the current statutory rate of 12% is already included in the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees, additional handling charges, or extra costs collected upon delivery. The amount you see at checkout is the exact amount that will be debited from your card.
When Is Your Card Charged?
Your card is charged at the time your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after the charge is processed. Should you not receive this email within a reasonable period, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@dmcgretail.com.
Official Receipt
An official receipt (OR) will be sent to your registered email address after your payment is successfully processed, in compliance with applicable Philippine tax regulations. Please keep this receipt for your records, particularly if you need to make a warranty claim or initiate a return.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed and no charge will be made to your card. Common reasons for a declined transaction include insufficient funds, your card not being activated for online purchases, or your bank blocking the transaction as a precaution. We recommend contacting your card-issuing bank directly to resolve these issues. Once the matter is resolved, you may return to the checkout and attempt the transaction again.
No Cash on Delivery
At this time, DMCG Retail does not offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) option. Card payment at checkout is the only accepted payment method on this website.
